Maggie's lecture provides us with a program for improving our well being by making informed choices about natural detoxification and purification. Purification, also known as detoxification or cleansing, is the process of addressing the natural toxins in the body. The liver, digestive tract, kidneys, bladder, lymphatic system, lungs and skin are the major systems and organs that are involved in the neutralization and elimination of toxins. In this class Maggie will show you why we need to cleanse and purify the body.
