Detoxification and Digestion, Part 1

Purification also known as detoxification or cleansing is the process of addressing the natural toxins in the body. The liver, digestive tract, kidneys, bladder, lymphatic system, lungs and skin are the major systems and organs that are involved in the neutralization and elimination of toxins. In this amazing class Maggie will show you why we need to cleanse and purify the body. We will learn it's not only what we eat that contributes to our state of health, it's how we eat and process foods that contribute to our well being. The class explores digestion and the combinations of foods that create harmony within the body. The pH system. How we create toxicity, how we detoxify and purify the system. Now participants have a general understanding of purification and detoxification we can look further into healing and purifying your body. You will discover how toxic you really are and creating a personal healing/detoxifying plan to suit your health and lifestyle. Answers to questions such as, what are whole foods? What foods I should stay away from? Where do I purchase the supplements and products necessary? What kind of diet should I be eating? How often should I do this? What can I expect to happen to me? What are cleansing reactions? Participants will come away knowing how to adapt these principles into their lifestyle. They leave this class excited to begin down the path of their own purification.
